Experience

Glenn has over 20 years of construction experience. Glenn started as a Superintendent at Hilbers and has since moved on to Project Manager. He has been with Hilbers since 1983, and in 1988, became a partner. Glenn works directly with clients from pre-contract negotiations through completion to ensure excellence in project performance.

Project Experience

24 HR Fitness – New and Remodels
Manages negotiation and construction on all of our 24 HR Fitness projects, from California to Arizona. We have constructed more than thirty “24 Hr. Fitness” health club facilities in the last ten years.

Applebee's & Burger Kings
One of our distinguished clients, Knox & Associates, operates 14 Applebee's and 10 Burger Kings. Glenn has worked closely with this client from design to completion for over 20 years.

Feather River Center
Managed over 50,000 square feet of tenant improvements.

Yuba City Marketplace
This 150,000 square foot Power Center is home to Bed, Bath & Beyond-Office Depot-Petco-Marshall's-Famous Footwear-Pier One-Michael's

Self-Storage
Glenn has served as Project Manager on over 300,000 square feet of self-storage, working directly with architects, owners and municipalities.
